An AI chat subscription gives your team a tool to use. We map the work, connect your business systems, build and test the workflows, train your team, and support what we implement. You are paying for a working process and the people who set it up, not simply access to an AI model.

For $499, we review your current tools and repeated tasks, identify two workflow priorities, and produce an implementation plan with scope and costs. You keep the plan with no obligation to proceed. The full $499 is credited toward your AI Launch service fee if you go ahead.

Yes. The Launch service fee is split into two payments: 50% to start, 50% at handover. The $499 discovery credit is deducted before the remaining service fee is split. At the $4,999 starting price, that leaves $2,250 per payment after the audit. Any required hardware is paid separately at cost before ordering. Your quote confirms the full scope, taxes, and vendor costs.

We start with the tools you already use. Tell us if you use Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, or Google Business Profile. We check your subscription, permissions, and available connections before promising an integration. These are tools we can assess, not a list of certified partnerships or ready-made connectors.

Not necessarily. AI Launch starts at $4,999 for implementation, with hardware separate at cost only if needed. We assess cloud tools, your existing equipment, and a private local system during discovery. If new hardware is needed, you see the supplier price and full specification before approving the purchase. Software subscriptions and usage fees are also listed separately.

If your solution uses dedicated hardware, contact us so we can identify the fault and next step. Before purchase, the proposal names the supplier, warranty term, who handles repairs or replacement, any labor or shipping charges, and the backup and recovery plan. Care troubleshooting is limited to agreed support hours. Replacement equipment, a loaner, or same-day repair is not included unless written into your agreement.

Care Growth at $999/month is our recommended path after Launch: monitoring, maintenance, a monthly review, an agreed allowance for improvements, and 2 hours of training or consulting per month. Care Essentials at $349/month focuses on keeping existing workflows running, with monitoring, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting. Essentials does not include new workflows, improvements, training, or consulting. Support scope and response windows are agreed before either plan starts.

Yes. Care Growth is $10,789 paid annually, a 10% discount with the annual invoice rounded to whole dollars. The plan still includes 2 hours of training or consulting each month. Extra time is $199/hour. Scheduling, any unused-time treatment, renewal, and cancellation terms are confirmed in the written agreement before you choose annual billing.

Launch includes 30 days of help after handover. Your chosen Care plan begins after that included support, on the date set in your proposal.

Yes, if your team has the capacity to own monitoring, updates, backups, and troubleshooting after the included 30 days of launch support. We provide training and documentation at handover. Our recommended ongoing path is Care Growth; Care Essentials is the lighter option if you only need help keeping things running.

Additional workflows start at $999, with a quote based on scope, integrations, and API complexity. Training and consulting share one rate of $199/hour, billed for time used with no minimum session length. We agree on the work and estimate before starting.

Third-party subscriptions, cloud AI usage, messaging fees, and other vendor charges are separate unless included in your proposal. We estimate them before you commit. Your quote separates implementation, any hardware, Care, and vendor fees so you can compare the full cost.

A vertical local LLM is a language model configured around your industry, approved knowledge, and workflows, running on infrastructure you control. Local inference can keep prompts and proprietary source material inside that environment instead of sending them to an external model API. We pair it with access controls, retention rules, activity logging, and human approvals. Local hosting is one part of the design: connected cloud tools, remote access, backups, and software updates still need agreed controls. It does not by itself guarantee security or compliance.
