Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how GenerationIX LLC, based in DFW (“GenerationIX,” “we,” “us”) handles information through this website and related inquiry correspondence. Data processed inside a client’s AI system is subject to that project’s separate agreement.
1. Information you provide
Our inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional company, selected service, and message. Call requests also include your preferred date and time and any optional discussion notes. When you reply to us, we receive the information in that correspondence.
We use this information to answer questions, confirm or rearrange calls, prepare requested proposals, and manage the resulting business conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive customer records in website forms.
2. Information processed automatically
Our hosting and network systems process technical information, which may include your IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time, to deliver and protect the site. The form also uses a submission time, request identifier, and a hidden anti-spam field. The application temporarily keeps an email hash and request counts in memory to limit repeated submissions. These controls help prevent abuse and duplicate delivery; they do not create a marketing profile.
3. Analytics, cookies, and the calculator
We measure page views, guide views, contact clicks, and successful inquiry or call requests through our own website. The analytics records contain only an event name and date. They do not contain a visitor identifier, IP address, form contents, calculator entries, referrer, or full URL. Technical hosting logs are separate from these event records.
This measurement uses no analytics cookies or browser storage, and the browser measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We do not use this website to sell personal information, run targeted advertising, or build advertising profiles.
The savings calculator operates in your browser. Its inputs are not submitted to us. You can read the guides without providing contact details. The website does not send your inquiry text to an AI model.
4. Service providers and disclosures
The website sends form submissions through Resend to our business inbox. Resend and our email provider process those messages to deliver and store correspondence. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, and network service providers process technical information needed to run the site. These providers may process information in locations other than where you live, under their own service arrangements.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or a valid legal request, or when necessary to investigate abuse and protect the website or the rights of people using it. An external website you choose to visit has its own privacy practices; this policy does not govern that website.
5. Retention and security
The website does not maintain a database of submitted messages. Inquiries remain in our inbox and email-provider records for handling the request, related correspondence, and any resulting engagement or applicable recordkeeping obligation. Closing the page or clearing a browser form does not delete a delivered email.
Analytics records are stored in rotating application logs. Rotation is based on log size, so there is no fixed number of days of history. Anti-spam counters are temporary and reset when the application restarts. Retention in email and hosting systems depends on their settings and any applicable obligations. You can request deletion using the contact method below.
The site uses HTTPS in production, input validation, and submission controls to help protect information. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to submit optional fields or contact information. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request or ask a privacy question, email ov@generationix.net with the subject “Privacy request.”
Tell us what you are requesting and which email address you used to contact us. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized representative’s authority before releasing or changing information. We will explain any reason we cannot fully complete a request, including information needed for an ongoing engagement or a legal obligation. If you disagree with our response, reply asking us to review it. You may also contact the privacy regulator or attorney general for your jurisdiction. We will not deny services solely because you exercise an applicable privacy right.
7. Children’s information
This site is intended for business owners and professionals, not children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
8. Updates and contact
We will post changes to this policy here and update the date above. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it. For privacy questions, contact GenerationIX LLC at ov@generationix.net. Website use is also described in our Terms of Service.
