Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the GenerationIX website and its inquiry and call-request features. The website is operated by GenerationIX LLC, based in DFW (“GenerationIX,” “we,” “us”). Please read these terms before using the site.

1. Website use

You may use the website to learn about our services, read our guides, estimate potential value, and contact us about your business. If you submit a request for a business, you must be authorized to share its information. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details.

Do not use the site to send spam, impersonate another person, submit malicious code, bypass access restrictions, access someone else’s data, or interfere with the website or its security controls. We may restrict abusive requests or access to protect the service.

2. Inquiries and call requests

Sending an inquiry does not purchase a service or create a paid project agreement. Introductory calls are 15 minutes. Selecting a time submits a preference, not a reservation: Oleksii Vergunenko will confirm by email or propose another time. Times shown on the booking page use America/Chicago (DFW time), including daylight saving time.

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed introductory call, reply to the confirmation email. The website does not collect payment for these calls.

3. Prices and paid services

Prices on the site describe the advertised offers and any stated starting price or scope limits. They are not a quote for every possible hardware configuration or project. Before paid work begins, a written proposal or service agreement must confirm the parties, scope, deliverables, total price, additional costs, payment schedule, and delivery arrangements.

Hardware specifications, ownership of project deliverables, warranties, repair responsibilities, support hours, response times, recurring charges, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by that written agreement. Third-party subscriptions and usage fees are included only when expressly stated. These website terms do not replace or change an existing project agreement; that agreement controls the paid services.

The discovery audit is a paid, standalone review with no obligation to purchase Launch. Its fee is credited toward the Launch service fee if you proceed. After that credit, the remaining Launch service fee is payable 50% to start and 50% at handover. Required hardware is paid separately at supplier cost before ordering, with costs approved in advance.

Care Growth can be billed monthly or paid annually at the advertised annual discount. Included training and consulting time is a monthly allowance under either billing option. The service agreement specifies support scope, scheduling, treatment of unused time, renewal, cancellation, and any refund terms before you begin. Selecting an offer or submitting this website’s form does not start a subscription or authorize a charge.

4. Examples, AI, and estimates

Workflows on this site are illustrations, not customer case studies. Calculator results depend on the numbers you enter and the stated assumptions; they are not promises of revenue, profit, or savings. Consider implementation costs and operational risks before deciding to proceed.

AI-generated work can contain errors. Any deployed workflow needs the checks and human review agreed for its use. Describing a private AI system does not mean every connected service is offline. We assess integrations and data handling separately for each project.

5. Content and third-party services

GenerationIX branding and original website materials belong to GenerationIX or their respective licensors. You may read, save, and share links to our guides for your own business use. Do not present our content as your own or use our branding to imply an endorsement without permission. You retain ownership of material you submit and authorize us to process it to handle your request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Named software products and trademarks belong to their owners. Mentioning a product does not imply a partnership, certification, or guaranteed integration. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Availability and your rights

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it may contain errors, change, or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the informational website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or changes warranties expressly agreed in a paid service contract.

7. Changes and contact

Updates to these website terms will appear here with a revised date. Changes do not automatically amend a signed service agreement. For questions about these terms or permission to reuse our materials, contact GenerationIX LLC at ov@generationix.net.
